Bob is an advertising/marketing/graphic design extraordinaire, and a wonderful guy. I was a huge fan of his local work even before I know who the designer was. I was so excited he asked me to take a few masculine glamour photos to help with his personal branding. His home (gahh, it’s soo lovely) was the perfect backdrop, and sweet little Fifi was ready for her modeling debut with AJP! THANK you again Bob, I cannot wait to work on future projects together.

Renee ~ Simply Fitness

AJP teamed up with a few of SIMPLY FITNESS clients to see how the client felt after a month or more of regular exercise. If the client attended several classes each week for a month, AJP offered them a free 20 min photo session. Renee was a regular classes attendant (you go lady!!) She decided she wanted her photo session to be of herself doing yoga at SIMPLY FITNESS! Below is her first set of questions (her answers are in bold).

How do you rate your energy level?
A) Energetic-like a pot of coffee
B) Some energy
C) Occasional afternoon slumps-Get tired in the afternoon or after dinner
D) Always feel sluggish

How well do you sleep?
A) Sleep through the night 
B) May wake to go to the restroom -Sometimes have a hard time falling back asleep 
C) Toss and turn
D) Caffeine please 

Rate your stress level.
A) Relaxed, life is smooth, and I can breath easily

How do you feel about your personal food choices?
